This summer, the Communication Arts Department of Marywood University is proud to sponsor an exciting and innovative summer camp that brings together state-of-the-art equipment, industry professionals, and a whole lot of creativity. This unique experience in journalism and digital media is the Communication Arts Institute (CAI) – you won’t want to miss the chance to get a taste of the fun of the communications industry.

CAI is the place to make it happen.

Our week-long program gives you a variety of opportunities to express yourself creatively in an environment where professionals can guide you toward producing great work. You’ll write news stories and scripts, shoot film, and premiere your work to professionals, friends, and family, where you can get the feedback you need to take your project from ordinary to extraordinary. At CAI, you’ll learn from top professionals using the industry’s most cutting-edge tools. You’ll refine your abilities as a storyteller. You’ll get the chance to make a great portfolio piece. Most importantly, you’ll get the experience you need and college credit to jumpstart your journey through a career in communication arts.
